The Bahay Nakpil-Bautista joined the nation in celebrating Independence Day, June 12th

To mark this date, the Bahay invited its neighbors’ children to a short programme

  • 2:00 pm – Brief story on the significance of Independence Day — KKK flag and National flag
  • 2:15 pm – Flag raising and singing of the national anthem; Reciting the pledge of allegiance
  • 2:30 pm – Kuwentuhan: Those who fought for Independence Si Rizal, Bonifacio, Aguinaldo, at si Lola Oriang
  • 3:00 pm – Games and prizes
  • 3:30 pm – Snacks and drinks
